A UK-based telecommunications and IT company are looking for a motivated and organised team member to work as a Junior Project Co-ordinator.

The Role

In this role, you will place orders from signed contracts, work with customers, order services or products from suppliers using their systems or portals and help coordinate installations within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up customer accounts
  • Managing and placing orders
  • Supporting and resolving escalated issues
  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
