Based in Melton Mowbray, this role offers a salary of £28k-£38k DOE and is open to full-time, part-time, or hybrid working.
5D are working with a growing family law firm based in the Midlands. As part of their growth, they are looking to expand their Melton Mowbray office. The office currently provides expert family law guidance and is looking to expand their offering to provide wills and probate along with power of attorney advice.
Responsibilities:
- Speaking with clients to understand their requirements, including filling in fact-finding forms.
- Drafting of wills and power of attorney documents and sending them over to clients for review.
- Making modifications to the documents based on client feedback and correctly registering the documents when they are completed.
- Working alongside the head of wills on more complex cases.
- Assisting solicitors with case administration until you become too busy with your own workload.
- Working on marketing and building your own caseload with support.
Requirements:
- We are very open and flexible on our requirements; the right person is more important!
- As a minimum, we are looking for someone who has an understanding and some experience in the drafting of wills, probate, and power of attorney documents, including registering the completed documents.
