- Prepare financial data for VAT returns, Non-Resident Landlord Scheme and ATED reporting, self-assessment for rental income and other tax filings, including international obligations where applicable.
- Prepare and submit statutory filings to Companies House, including Confirmation Statements and Dormant Accounts.
- Administer and renew memberships, licences and registrations, covering Client Money Protection, AML (HMRC), Data Protection, insurance policies and software subscriptions.
- Track statutory deadlines across all group companies and liaise with external accountants, advisers and authorities as required.
- Administer service charge, ground rent and utility payments, and maintain accurate records of related balances.
- Monitor outstanding creditor and debtor positions and respond to client, landlord and supplier queries on financial matters.
