The Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager - Mobility Services to play a critical leadership role within our Barclays Global Mobility programme. This is a high-profile, key position within a complex, regulated financial services environment. Ready for a challenge? This role will give you the opportunity to lead, shape and evolve a global mobility service, influence senior stakeholders, and drive real impact across a large, international delivery model.
Key Accountabilities
- As Senior Manager - Mobility Services, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Enhanced Internal Mobility (EIM), Pre-Deployment (PD) and Redeployment (RD) services for Barclays.
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of EIM, PD and RD services, ensuring contractual commitments, SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
- Acting as the senior point of accountability for mobility delivery across the Barclays programme.
- Driving the next evolution of the mobility service, including service redesign, mobilisation, capability uplift and continuous improvement.
- Re-establishing and strengthening CTS delivery, moving it from a transactional model to a value-led, consultative service.
- Building trusted, senior relationships with key Barclays stakeholders, including MD-level engagement.
- Leading, coaching and developing senior managers and wider delivery teams (2 direct reports, c.50 indirect).
- Embedding strong governance, risk and control frameworks in a highly regulated financial services environment.
- Partnership with internal AMS teams to support service expansion, change initiatives and future growth.
Skills & Experience
Must-haves (essential from day one)
- Senior leadership experience within Global Mobility / Mobility Services.
- Proven experience leading multiple mobility service lines (EIM, PD, RD or equivalent).
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capability within a regulated or complex environment.
- Experience owning delivery against contractual obligations, budgets, SLAs and KPIs.
- Demonstrated ability to transform, stabilise and uplift teams, including capability and morale.
Nice-to-haves (can be developed on the job)
- Financial services or wider regulated industry experience.
- Experience leading global or multi-regional delivery models.
- Exposure to large-scale service redesign or mobilisation programmes.
- Background with major mobility providers or complex enterprise clients.
