As a Product Technologist at the No7 Beauty Company, you will deliver innovative, compliant and efficacious beauty products, through our 3rd party supplierอบ base. This is a non-lab based role, reporting to a Formulation Manager. You will work in a team of technical experts to deliver finished product solutions for a specific Category/Brand, by partnering with a diverse team of internal stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers to support the delivery of the Brand plan.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver the externally developed formulation activities on the brand NPD and EPD plans, against the consumer, category and brand requirements.
  • Ensure global regulatory compliance=in quality and safety of our formulations.
  • Accountable for the availability and quality of data and accuracy, demonstrating a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Acts as a technical consult to marketing/sourcing teams and supplier base.
  • Responsible for ensuring the supplier understands the product brief and can meet WBA technical standards/market legislation.
  • Conducts all necessary due diligence and is accountable for identifying and effectively managing formulation technical risks.
  • Accountable for owning and managing the project formulation timings and technical risks that impact on delivery.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of product technologies and relevant legislation and our WBA supplier base - supports ongoing quality management of supplier base to meet fi all WBA/leg war.

  • Industry experience in a technical role within product development Electricity fabricante.
  • Drive to problem-solve using technical know how همدې create business opportunities to enhance consumer value.
  • Passion to communicate specialist technical information to a variety of audiences, including external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Passion to collaborate and build strong relationships with our external supplier base.
  • You will be skilled in managing your own project timelines and priorities, and work collaboratively with a cross functional team.
  • Show a growth mindset.
  • Willingness to travel to suppliers and conferences as required.

It would be great if you also have

  • BSc in Science, ideally in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field, or will have relevant formulation or product delivery experience within the Beauty industry.
