- Desk Clerk on Process Issue (Picking Operations) x3 on Day shift
- Desk Clerk on Process Goods Out (Distribution) x5 on Day shift, Afternoon shift & Night shift*

As a Desk Clerk in Logistics you'll be carrying out administrative operations tasks like the superstar you are. You'll play an essential part in keeping us moving in every direction. From assessing and monitoring chill chain compliance to producing KPI reports, your initiative and attention to detail will be essential in supporting the Departmental Managers in managing daily desk and administrative processes.
What you'll do
- Process Receipt (Inbound + Operations)
- Make sure that every order is received and processed correctly
- Be a support for our inbound drivers, processed in a timely efficient manner
- Proactively helping your Departmental Manager with various tasks that support operational efficiencies and inventory management.
- Investigate order differences, liaising with Supply Chain teams and processing driver documents
- Maintain Databases and perform analytical analysis on various datasets
- Process Goods Out (Distribution)
- Record KPIs and producing KPI | Flop reports
- Proactively liaise with other departments to ensure any delays are clearly communicated
- Oversee our drivers and recycling contractors to ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed correctly
- Make sure that our business is compliant with legislation standards and corporate guidelines
- Daily route planning based on volumes changes due to demand spikes
What you'll need
- An analytical mind and superstrength PC skills with a high level of Excel | Sheets
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, delegation and problem-solving skills
- Experience of leading and developing a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Meticulous and diligent approach to work, with exceptional attention to detail
- Flexibility to train in locations away from home until Leeds RDC opens (March 2027)
