Most cybersecurity sales roles promise “huge opportunity.” Very few give you: credible solutions, realistic delivery capability, quality pipeline support, and an environment focused on winning the right business instead of chasing activity metrics. This one does.

We’re partnered with a fast-growing cybersecurity and networking business helping organisations modernise secure access, connectivity and network architecture across highly regulated environments including government, policing, healthcare and critical infrastructure. As part of continued growth, they’re building out the sales team and are open to considering candidates at different stages of their career. Whether you’re already established in cybersecurity sales or looking to step up from a more junior or technically aligned role, the key thing is having the right attitude, commercial mindset and genuine interest in the space.

They’re looking for ambitious sales professionals who can:

  • build trust quickly,
  • run proper discovery,
  • navigate complex buying cycles,
  • sell with credibility in conversations around SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust and secure networking.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving new business across security and network transformation projects
  • Building pipeline through targeted outbound and account development
  • Managing consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Working closely with pre-sales and technical teams
  • Engaging customers around risk, resilience, access and performance
  • Selling solutions that genuinely get delivered

This is not a transactional, high-volume sales environment. It’s a business that values commercial judgement, structured deal management and long-term customer relationships.

Backgrounds That Could Fit:

  • Cybersecurity vendors
  • Networking providers
  • SASE / SSE environments
  • SD-WAN providers
  • Telcos
  • MSPs / Managed Services
  • Cloud connectivity businesses

You don’t need to be deeply technical, but you do need to be comfortable holding credible conversations with technical stakeholders. The business is also open to ambitious candidates earlier in their sales career, individuals looking to transition from pre-sales into sales, or strong consultative sellers from adjacent technology markets.

Why People Join:

  • Strong earning potential
  • High-quality technical delivery capability
  • Collaborative, flat culture
  • Hybrid London working - 2 days a week
  • Genuine career growth
  • Strong inbound support from BDR
