Our client is a growing UK cyber security consultancy with a high-performing 24/7 MSSP SOC and ambitious growth plans. They're hiring a SOC & MDR Senior Solutions Consultant to act as the bridge between customers, sales, and SOC technical teams. This is NOT a quota-carrying sales role. It's a technically-led, client-facing position focused on:

  • scoping SOC & MDR solutions
  • supporting RFPs / RFIs / SOWs
  • translating customer requirements into deliverable security solutions
  • working closely with SOC operations teams

The role would suit someone from:

  • SOC Analyst
  • SOC Engineer
  • MDR
  • Security Operations
  • Cyber Security Consulting
  • Technical Presales

...who enjoys the technical side of cyber security but wants a more customer-facing role without moving away from the technology.

What You'll Need

  • Strong understanding of SOC operations / MDR / managed security services
  • MSSP or managed services experience
  • Ability to communicate confidently with customers and internal teams
  • Experience supporting technical discussions, onboarding, solution scoping or customer engagements
  • Interest in operating in a hybrid role between technical delivery and customer consulting

Why Join?

  • Opportunity to move beyond pure SOC operations
  • Highly visible role supporting a growing SOC practice
  • Chance to shape customer security solutions end-to-end
  • Backed by strong growth and investment plans

If you're technically strong in cyber security but looking for a role with more variety, customer engagement, and solution ownership, this is worth a conversation.
