Was machen Schweißtechniker:innen bei uns?
Der Schweißtechniker verbindet dauerhaft Metallteile durch die Anwendung verschiedener Schweißverfahren (WIG, MIG, MAG,…). Es werden Schweißnähte an Behältern, Kesseln, Brückenbau- und Maschinenteilen gefertigt und Schweißverbindungen im Rahmen von Montagearbeiten hergestellt. Mindestens ein Drittel der gesamten Stahlproduktion wird mittels Schweißen zu Gebrauchsgegenständen verarbeitet.

- Du hast deine Schulausbildung abgeschlossen oder schließt diese in naher Zukunft ab.
- Gute bis sehr gute Noten erhöhen deine Chancen auf einen Ausbildungsplatz, sind für uns aber nicht alles.
- Wir suchen zielstrebige, lösungsorientierte sowie neugierige Menschen, die begeisterungsfähig sind und sich mit voller Bereitschaft in unserem Unternehmen agieren wollen.
- Darüber hinaus solltest du ein gewisses Maß an Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung mitbringen, denn dann kannst du deine zahlreichen Ideen einbringen und dabei zusehen, wie diese direkt vor Ort beim Kunden in bestehende Konzepte integriert werden.
