Join Savanta's UK Operations team as a Lead Project Manager within our Clariti, Operations Team! Savanta is a data, market research and advisory company with teams in the UK, Americas, and APAC. Savanta is on a bold journey transforming from a traditional market research firm into a tech-first, insights-driven leader. This role would be working for our new brand, Clariti, the Agency for Agencies. We're a challenger brand looking to make a big impact and innovating heavily in our tech and product offering for clients.
This role is predominantly focused on online quantitative data collection and fieldwork.
About the Role:This position sits within the UK Operations team, specifically the Client Service Team. The team will predominantly service new business along with legacy client accounts. Based in our London office, this role has an expectation to be on site, 1-2 days per week. As a Lead Project Manager, you'll be hands-on delivering complex, high-quality online quantitative research projects. From end-to-end scoping, set-up, fieldwork, and through to delivery, while working as a trusted day-to-day partner for key client accounts.
- Taking full ownership of high-complexity projects, managing end-to-end delivery of online data collection and fieldwork.
- Being the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding client needs, building strong relationships, and contributing to growth.
- Planning and coordinating timelines and resources across internal teams, leading project meetings and keeping risks under control.
- Supporting feasibility, pitches and proposals, managing budgets and costs, escalating as needed.
- Sharing knowledge and driving process improvements, whilst contributing to training, onboarding and mentoring.

- Proven project management across concurrent, high-volume online quantitative market research projects with strong organisational skills.
- Client-facing confidence and commercial awareness, comfortable engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced knowledge of online quantitative methodologies within an agency setting and platforms.
- A tech-first mindset, with enthusiasm for innovation and process improvement.
- Leadership/mentoring experience, passion for knowledge sharing and building team capability.
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to prioritise effectively.
