Essential Functions
Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level.
- Manage, prioritize, and complete multiple service calls. Calls are dispatched by the Nouria HVAC/R Manager who will assist with call prioritization and ordering of related supplies.
- Ability to use HVAC hand tools and multimeters; must provide basic tools – Nouria will purchase additional tools/ (specialty) items as needed.
- Perform general maintenance and basic repairs/ troubleshooting in a safe and efficient manner.
- Always maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Flexibility to learn multiple different refrigeration systems and HVAC systems.
- Possess a valid driver\’s license with a good driving record; A company work van will be provided.
- Ability to work with/ on ladders.
- Ability to work 40 hours a week.
- Ability to lift 40lbs+.
- Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School diploma required.
- Trade School certificate required.
- EPA universal certification preferred, Nouria is willing to train and send to school.
- 1-3 years of work experience preferred.
Job-Related Skills
- Time management skills with ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to use email and internet dispatching applications currently utilized by Nouria Energy.
