Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air in Windsor, CO is hiring a mechanical problem solver to join us full-time precisely installing heating and air conditioning systems. This is your chance to boost your career potential and learn new things while helping others stay cool and comfortable.
Job Area: Our service range covers Northern Colorado.
Pay: Our HVAC Installers earn $20.00 to $35.00 per hour (based on experience) and are eligible for a SPIFF incentive.
Schedule: You\’ll work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:
- Accurately installing heating and air conditioning equipment
- Performing routine maintenance like cleaning and inspecting systems
- Connecting electrical wiring and controls
- Working with team members to complete efficient, high-quality installations
- Following safety guidelines and building codes
- Answering client questions, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service
WHAT YOU\’LL NEED TO GET STARTED:
- EPA certification
- 1+ years of experience as an installer or service technician
- Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
- Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Ability to work overhead, in confined spaces, on ladders, and in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver\’s license with a clean driving record
