Role Overview: The opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, driven, and creative Social Media Manager to join the 54 Social Media Team, assisting with the creation, management and delivery of clients’ campaigns, advertising, communications, marketing, sponsorship and events activity through key social channels. The candidate will report to the Social Media Senior Account Director and will be based from the 54 office in London, though events across the world will require on‑ground presence throughout the year. A comprehensive knowledge of digital trends, advertising, marketing and the wider golf, padel or sports industry is required. The preferred candidate will have 3+ years of dedicated social media marketing experience. Strong written and verbal skills are essential, along with the ability to create and deliver innovative digital campaigns focusing on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Day‑to‑day management of event social media channels and campaigns
- Copywriting
- Analysis and reporting
- Management of content creation initiatives alongside creative and production teams
- Video, graphics and animation
- Creation of regular reports on campaign performance
- Development of content/publishing calendars
- Budget management
- Client liaison / account management
- Update work‑in‑progress (WIP) documents
- Provide regular updates to clients and manage conference calls and meetings
- Partner management
- Support Partnership Managers with partner and sponsor relations
- Consider intricacies of each event partner when conceptualising ideas and timings
- Research and analysis
- Regularly update plans based on new technology and concepts
- Team liaison
- Communicate regularly with event team and senior management including Marketing Director, Partnership Director, Tournament Director, Head of Advertising, PR and Communications Director
Salary and Benefits:

- Annual discretionary company bonus – up to 8 % (3 % company & 5 % individual)
- 33 days annual leave (+ public holidays), pro‑rated
- Working hours: 09:00 to 17:30 with an hour lunch break between 12:00 and 14:00
