Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner to provide expert support to managers and the leadership team. The role combines end‑to‑end HR business partnering with the design and delivery of impactful learning & development programs across the organisation. You will play a key role in driving performance, engagement, cultural initiatives, and talent development.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers and leaders on HR strategy, employee relations, and performance management
- Lead workforce planning, organisational design, and team structuring initiatives
- Support salary reviews, benchmarking, and performance development cycles
- Drive D&I, engagement, and culture initiatives
- Design and deliver learning programs, management training, coaching, and development interventions
- Track training budgets, assess impact, and provide analytics to guide decision‑making
Special Skills/Experience/Aptitudes Needed:
- Strong HR business partnering and employee relations experience
- Proven experience in designing and delivering management and leadership training programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable:
- Exposure to TUPE, M&A, or international HR practices
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and people metrics
- LMS/e-learning experience, coaching certification, and succession planning
