Capital Group is hiring a senior software engineer to design and operate production-grade AI solutions, including copilots, knowledge-search experiences, and agentic workflows. You will build end-to-end retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and integrate them with enterprise data systems, APIs, and MLOps tooling.
You will own end-to-end delivery from discovery to rollout, apply FinOps and cost controls, ensure security and regulatory compliance, and drive eval-driven development.
