Job Description

Where you’ll fit in & what our team goals are… We are seeking a senior, business-facing technology leader to shape and deliver the capabilities that help our EMEA Distribution teams serve clients and grow relationships. You will work with Distribution leaders and colleagues in Technology to turn business priorities into a practical roadmap across CRM, sales and client workflows, analytics, AI enabled tools and adoption. The role reports to the Head of Distribution Capabilities and connects EMEA needs to a consistent global approach while respecting local markets and regulatory requirements.

How you'll spend your time...

  • Build trusted relationships with EMEA Distribution leaders across institutional, intermediary and client facing teams; understand where technology can improve client outcomes and colleague productivity.
  • Partner with the business to define the EMEA business facing capability roadmap: determine opportunities, assess value and feasibility, agree priorities and make tradeoffs clear to stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear outcomes, workflows and requirements for delivery partners across CRM, data, digital, AI and enterprise technology.
  • Lead the technology side of initiatives that improve prospecting, relationship management, meeting preparation, client engagement, sales insights and service workflows.
  • Partner with product, engineering, architecture, data, risk and compliance teams to bring solutions into production with appropriate controls for client information and AI use.
  • Support adoption through process design, communication, training and feedback; measure usage and business results and refine capabilities after launch.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse global capabilities across EMEA markets and bring regional requirements into global planning.
  • Provide clear updates on priorities, dependencies, delivery progress and realized benefits to senior Distribution and Technology stakeholders.

To be successful in this role you will have...

  • Substantial experience leading business facing technology, product or transformation work in asset management, wealth management or a comparable regulated financial services business.
  • Strong understanding of institutional or intermediary distribution, including CRM, sales processes, client engagement and the needs of relationship teams.
  • Experience shaping roadmaps, prioritizing competing demands and taking cross functional initiatives from discovery through adoption and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work credibly with senior business leaders and technical teams, communicate complex choices clearly and influence without relying on direct authority.
  • Sound judgement in handling client data, regulatory considerations and operational risk.

If you also had this, it would be great...

  • Experience working across multiple EMEA markets and aligning regional needs with a global operating model.
  • Hands on familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform and with data driven sales enablement, workflow automation or AI assisted colleague tools.
  • Experience improving adoption and measuring the business impact of new capabilities in a distribution organization.
