50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency. We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.

Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with a Senior Account Manager.

About the role

The Senior Account Manager acts as the bridge between our day-to-day clients and the agency teams. They play a key role in ensuring the agency consistently meets (and exceeds) client needs, working closely with all functions involved in delivering brilliant work. This role takes ownership of the delivery of high-quality work across creative, content and commercial projects that meet client briefs and address real business challenges. You’ll guide teams to problem-solve effectively, manage internal and external communications and drive projects through to completion. You’ll build strong, trusted client relationships, demonstrate a deep understanding of client businesses and industries and identify opportunities for growth.

About you

  • Previous experience in client servicing in an agency
  • Confident relationship manager who can act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients
  • Comfortable leading client conversations, navigating feedback and managing challenges constructively
  • Team player who communicates well with clients and other partners
  • Organised with strong attention-to-detail, excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and needs at once
  • High standard of communication both verbally and written
  • A passionate, proactive and positive can-do approach.
  • Able to direct and motivate the team around them
  • Commercially aware, with experience managing scopes, budgets and billing
  • Strong understanding of how businesses operate, including commercial objectives, competitors and revenue drivers
  • A passion for sports, with knowledge of the industry ideal

Job responsibilities

  • Act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships and playing a key role in driving client satisfaction, retention and long-term growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, industries and competitors, using this knowledge to provide a clear POV and identify opportunities to add value
  • Lead regular client meetings, confidently managing feedback, challenges and expectations while advocating for both client and agency needs
  • Prepare, present and sell in strategy, creative and production solutions, including pitch contributions and high-quality presentations
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, guiding teams to problem-solve, coordinating internal resources and driving work through to completion
  • Oversee the development, presentation and management of project SOWs, confidently discussing costs, timings and approach with clients
  • Maintain oversight of finances, including billing schedules, retainers and project trackers, liaising with finance teams
  • Manage creative development internally, ensuring work aligns with agreed strategy and challenging output that doesn’t meet the brief or client objectives
  • Support and develop junior team members through day-to-day guidance, identifying growth areas and contributing to their ongoing development
