We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide.

Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Scuderia Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.

Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing Motion Design Team with a

Junior / Midweight Editor to work exclusively on fast paced Football content.

Requirements

This role is for you if you

  • Are highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and comfortable working in After Effects.
  • Have experience editing high-volume, fast-turnaround social content, balancing speed with quality.
  • Can confidently work from existing templates, toolkits and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across large volumes of assets.
  • Have a strong understanding of social-first editing, platform best practice and paid media creative.
  • Are able to prioritise multiple deliverables, work efficiently under pressure and consistently hit tight deadlines.
  • Have excellent file management and project organisation, maintaining clean timelines and workflows that support fast-paced delivery.
  • Have a keen eye for detail, ensuring assets are accurate, polished and delivered to specification.
  • Are comfortable receiving feedback and implementing amends quickly and accurately.
  • Are proactive in finding more efficient ways of working, using shortcuts, templates and repeatable workflows to maximise output.
  • Are a clear communicator who maintains high standards of communication, both verbally and written.
  • Are organised and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Are resilient, proactive and flexible. You solve problems calmly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Have a passion for football and understand the fast-moving nature of sports content.
