We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.

Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with a Senior Producer, working across multiple clients.

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Producer to take a lead role in the delivery and operational management of premium sport-led productions within a leading sports agency. This is a senior, non-creative position, combining hands-on production leadership with responsibility for supporting the day-to-day running of a high-performing production team. You will lead complex UK and international productions across brand films, TVCs, broadcast-aligned content, social-first campaigns, live/on-the-ground filming, studio shoots and green screen production, often delivered at pace and under tight timelines. Producers operate across an average slate of five concurrent productions at any one time, requiring strong leadership, prioritisation and decision-making in fast-moving environments.

Job responsibilities

  • Act as senior production lead across multiple projects, setting best practice and standards for delivery
  • Provide guidance, support and oversight to producers and production staff across the team
  • Assist the Head of Production in the day-to-day running of the production function, including workload planning, resourcing and scheduling
  • Support the Head of Production with process development, team organisation and operational improvements

Production Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end production across UK and international shoots, from scoping through to final delivery
  • Oversee all production logistics, including crew, locations, equipment, suppliers and schedules
  • Manage productions involving high-profile talent and senior stakeholders with confidence and authority
  • Deliver productions with tight and fast turnarounds, including 24-hour delivery windows where required

Pre-Production, Compliance & Governance

  • Produce all core production documentation:
  • Call sheets
  • Risk assessments and method statements
  • Manage permits, permissions, access and local regulations for domestic and international shoots
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, industry policy, broadcast standards and best practice
  • Oversee production insurance, including public liability, employer's liability, equipment and travel
  • Ensure full adherence to APA rates, guidelines and production frameworks
  • Budgeting & Scoping

    • Lead high-level and complex budgeting, scoping and reconciliation
    • Maintain financial control across complex productions and multiple concurrent projects
    • Confidently deliver ambitious, high-production-value work within agile, content-led production models, outside traditional advertising agency structures
    • Oversee post-production and delivery across all projects
    • Bring a sophisticated understanding of VFX pipelines, post workflows and schedules
    • Manage relationships with post houses, editors and VFX partners

    Experience Required

    • Extensive experience in a Senior Producer or Lead Producer role within agencies, production companies or content studios
    • Proven experience managing and owning budgets £500k+
    • Proven delivery of brand films, TVCs, broadcast-aligned and social-first productions
    • Strong working knowledge of APA guidelines, broadcast standards and industry policy
    • Demonstrable experience managing international productions and compliance
    • Advanced understanding of post-production and VFX workflows
    • Strong technical knowledge of camera systems, lighting, green screen and studio production
    • Proven ability to manage multiple productions concurrently while supporting others
    • Established industry contacts across crew, suppliers, studios and post-production
    • Flexible and available for weekend work, late nights and long days when required
