We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.
Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with a Producer.
Job requirements
- A highly organised, adaptable and proactive Producer (or Producer/Director) with a creative mindset and strong editorial instincts.
- 2+ years' experience in a production role at a creative agency, content studio or production company.
- A track record of delivering branded content, commercials, or social campaigns, with experience on set, in studio and on location. Broadcast experience would be ideal but not mandatory.
- A natural multitasker, able to manage complex productions while keeping projects running on time, on budget and on brand.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage crews, collaborate with creative teams, and interface with clients.
- Expert knowledge of production workflows and post-production processes.
- Highly proficient in production admin: call sheets, risk assessments, release forms, budget trackers, shoot logistics and post schedules.
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset and cool-headed approach.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and production scheduling tools such as Monday.com.
- A team player who's handsâon, solutionsâfocused and thrives in a fastâmoving, collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead productions from concept through to delivery, from branded content to TVCs for a range of different budget levels.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- When required, lead the creative and direction on set.
- Source and manage thirdâparty suppliers and help to build out 50 Studios contacts.
- Creation of preâproduction, production and postâproduction schedules and budgets to a high level.
- Plan and resource editors and postproduction suppliers as and when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, client services, editorial) to ensure seamless project delivery and establish strong links with the teams to assist in the upcoming productions.
- Handle client communications related to production and delivery.
- Regularly contribute to developing team documents and workflows.
