50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency. We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport, Jim Beam and Qatar Airways.

This is a board-level role that drives the agency’s growth through social, content and influence. You’ll lead a team of 45+ people across global markets, report directly to the Founders, and own all social, content and influencer programme output. Your job is to build the content capabilities that make 50 Sport distinctive, expand into new markets and services. The agency is growing; new clients, new markets, new specialisms. You’ll define the role the content and influence department plays to enable that growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the Head of Social Media & Content and 45+ people globally.
  • Execute the vision for how 50 Sport competes, wins, and becomes famous.
  • Drive it relentlessly across the organisation.
  • Set goals, shape culture, develop talent. Be the leader people want to work for.
  • Own all social media, content and influencer programme output, quality, and performance. Your standards set the bar across the agency.
  • Build best-in-class influencer and creator capability. Define what this means for 50 Sport and for our clients.
  • Make the agency famous. Award-winning work. Thought leadership. Case studies that attract clients. A reputation that attracts talent.
  • Lead content innovation. Cultural IP content, AI applications, emerging formats. Stay ahead of what’s next.
  • Define the content frameworks and standards that stretch across markets and clients. Ensure we deliver at the level our clients expect, consistently.
  • Present to the ELT and Founders every six months with strategy updates, growth opportunities, and performance data.
  • Lead the content and influence direction for successful new business pitches.
  • Drive financial growth. Identify new products and services. Build offerings clients want. Grow revenue through content and influence.
  • Champion cross-departmental collaboration. Work with peers (Executive Creative Director and Executive Client & Operations Director) and all teams to ensure content and influence drive every pitch and programme.
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as the executive lead on the agency’s most significant accounts.
