We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment‑led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry‑leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.

Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with a Deputy Head of Editorial.

About the role:

The Deputy Head of Editorial will lead across the agency’s relationships, with the remit to drive editorial excellence across all client activity. The role will partner with our strategy, client services, content, production and creative departments to deliver world‑class editorially led social content. A passion for and belief in the power of sport is essential.

You’ll provide the long‑term editorial vision and direction for the agency’s clients and have ultimate responsibility for editorial work across all clients, the quality of the output, the management and development of the editorial team and the strength of the client relationship.

Reporting to the Head of Editorial, the Deputy Head of Editorial will support in the management of the department through leading by example and setting the pace and high standards for others to follow. The candidate will feel at home leading new business pitches as well as reviewing and presenting social content, partnering with strategy and creative to unlock editorial thinking to maximise the opportunity with our clients.

The right person will have a breadth of channel experience and be comfortable turning their hand to everything from social‑first content to brand‑building advertising. We’re looking for an ambitious self‑starter who can evidence their ability to drive client growth and profitability. We require a candidate capable of demonstrating entrepreneurialism, versatility and resilience. Energy, positivity and a can‑do attitude are non‑negotiables.
