50 Sport is a multi-award winning creative and social media agency in sponsorship and sport. Our partner roster includes FIFA, Ferrari Formula One Team, DHL Express, The Football Association, England Football, NBA, Qatar Airways, EPCR, Celsius, The Ryder Cup, Arsenal, LIV Golf, VGW, UBS and Wembley Stadium. We are looking for temporary cover to support the Operations and Creative Studio teams.
Responsibilities
- Resource Management: Manage and schedule all Creative and Design resources (static and motion) on a weekly basis. Allocate resources effectively and efficiently, aligning skill sets to project needs. Assist the Creative Department with the recruitment of freelance staff. Proactively plan resource allocation in advance, forecasting freelance requirements and financial impact.
- Studio Operations: Act as the main point of contact between the Creative Studio and other departments. Provide weekly project updates and ensure all required information is shared to meet deadlines. Manage the internal creative operations outputs, including deck design for company updates, event invites/posters, office signage etc. Assist the Operations & Production Director and the Finance team to maintain the list of licenses and subscriptions, while maintaining positive relationships with key software companies. Assist the IT + Facilities Manager with laptop and mobile phone setups, meeting room technical setups, and maintaining office workstations when required. Manage the equipment check in/check out process, and work with Production, Editorial, and Design teams to optimise the Media Asset Management system. Work with the IT + Facilities Manager to supervise technical support within the office, ensuring prompt resolution of IT issues. Advise on strategies to boost creative output and streaming processes when required, such as leveraging AI tools and integrating software solutions to enhance productivity and creative quality.
About you:
- Proven experience in resource management, studio operations, and project coordination within a creative agency or similar environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in time sheet and project management platforms, and an understanding of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with IT systems and troubleshooting procedures.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
