We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways.
Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with an Account Director.
About the role
The Account Director acts as the bridge between our clients and the agency teams. They are responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs, working with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s output, to the high standards we expect. They take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the client’s objectives and meets their ambitions. They guide the team to problem solve, manage internal and external communications, and drive projects to completion. They form strong relationships with clients and demonstrate a good understanding of their clients' business, industry and opportunities. They will be an advocate for the client internally and an ambassador for the agency externally.

- Solid agency experience in Client Servicing
- A passion for sports, with good knowledge of the industry
- A team player who communicates well with clients and other partners
- Experience building strong, client relationships
- Passionate, proactive and has a positive can-do approach
- Able to direct and motivate the team around them
- Organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- High-standard of communication, both verbally and in writing
- Able to manage multiple projects at any one time
- Understands the future of sport is entertainment and the power of women’s sport
Job responsibilities
- Leading 2-3 key client accounts, guiding the direction of their teams.
- Cements themselves as a partner and advisor to their clients.
- Financial reporting and management, including income forecasting and reporting.
- Development and ownership of project estimating.
- Support pitch development when required, including pitch meetings.
- Line management of and guidance to agreed Client Service team members.
