50 Sport is The Sports Entertainment Agency. We build and grow social communities, deliver entertainment-led creative campaigns, and drive sponsorship value; connecting fans, brands, and rights holders worldwide. Uniting sport, entertainment, and culture through industry-leading creativity, social media, strategy and performance for clients including Ferrari F1 Team, FIFA World Cup 2026, FIFA Club World Cup 2025, Prime Video Sport and Qatar Airways. Due to a number of recent business wins and existing client demand, we are looking to bolster our growing team with an Account Director.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

  • Solid agency experience in Client Servicing.
  • A team player who communicates well with clients and other partners.
  • Passionate, proactive and has a positive can-do approach.
  • Able to direct and motivate the team around them.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • High-standard of communication, both verbally and in writing.
  • Able to manage multiple projects at any one time.
  • Have a passion for sports, with good knowledge of the industry.
  • Understand the future of sport is entertainment and the power of women’s sport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the bridge between our clients and the agency teams.
  • Be responsible for ensuring that the agency is meeting the client’s needs.
  • Work with all the key functions that go into creating the agency’s output, to ensure the high standards we expect.
  • Take responsibility for the delivery of quality creative work that meets the client’s objectives and meets their ambitions.
  • Guide the team to problem solve, manage internal and external communications, and drive projects to completion.
  • Form strong relationships with clients and demonstrate good understanding of their business, industry and opportunities.
  • Advocate for the client internally and be an ambassador for the agency externally.
  • Lead 2-3 key client accounts, guiding the direction of their teams.
  • Cements themselves as a partner and advisor to their clients.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and management, including income forecasting and reporting.
  • Be responsible for the development and ownership of project estimating.
  • Support pitch development when required, including pitch meetings.
  • Line management of and guidance to agreed Client Service team members.
