ABOUT THE ROLE

Ready to turn up the heat as a Supervisor? Have you got what it takes to seize the day, own the night, and help us be the Nirvana of Vibes? If you're not afraid to question the norm, lead from the front, and go above and beyond for both our guests and your team, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for a hands-on Supervisor with strong bar experience and a passion for hosting unforgettable guest experiences. This is a dual-role position where you'll spend time leading both behind the bar and on the venue floor, ensuring exceptional service, high energy, and smooth operations from open to close.

You'll be just as confident making incredible cocktails and supporting the bar team during busy services as you are hosting games, engaging with guests, resolving issues, and creating an atmosphere that keeps the party going. Whether you're getting the crowd singing along to Candy, leading a conga around the venue on a packed Saturday night, or coaching your team through a busy shift, you'll leave guests with unforgettable memories that have them planning their next visit before they've even left.

Working closely with the management team, you'll lead by example across both the bar and floor, supporting daily operations, maintaining high standards, motivating the team, and delivering the high-energy experience Boom Battle Bar is known for.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love hospitality, and enjoy creating memorable experiences while developing your team, we want to hear from you.
