Five Stars LTD is seeking an experienced Senior Events Coordinator to act as a key support to the Head of Events, leading the planning and delivery of high-profile, fan-led events to the highest standards. This role is ideal for a detail-driven, proactive events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences. You will oversee events from concept to completion, manage key relationships with players, staff, and VIP guests, and ensure every touchpoint reflects the Five Stars brand, passion for fan culture, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, organisation, and flawless delivery of premium, high-standard events.
  • Manage and respond to email enquiries with precision and professionalism.
  • Daily administration and finance tasks.
  • Work closely with players, staff, and VIP guests to ensure an exceptional experience at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain and optimise our filing and organisational systems to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance event experiences and brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven event management experience (luxury, hospitality, or entertainment preferred).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines under pressure.
