About the job
The request is to appoint a dedicated housing programme lead to transform (i.e. significantly increase) the housing supply from the private rented sector to prevent placement of homeless households into temporary accommodation and accelerate move-on from TA.
The role will also be tasked to complete a full review of all TA and establish / implement a TA procurement plan to rapidly reduce TA GF net costs (i.e. further price negotiations, new operating model for TA moving from spot purchasing to leasing, converting to PRS etc.).
