The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
To ensure that works orders are scheduled through the In-house appointments system, repairs works are allocated to trade operatives and all works are carried out with minimal average turnaround time.
Working independently and taking ownership to resolve planning and scheduling of responsive repair work with minimal levels of supervision. Repairs is a front line service delivery role with a high impact on the SHPs reputation which requires excellent customer service to be displayed at all times.
Staff are expected to regularly liaise and collaborate with stakeholders internal and external to SHP and may include surveyors, Contract Managers, Building Control, Repairs Team Supervisors and Order Compliance Officers in order to make the most appropriate decisions to complete repairs.
Skills & Experience
- Good time management, planning & organisational skills, experience of working in a pressurised environment and dealing with challenging preferably, in a DLO environment
- Experience and competent on computerised systems.
- Good written, verbal, questioning & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrable customer experience
- Basic knowledge of Repair & Maintenance methodologies.
