We have an opportunity that has become available for a temporary experienced Social Worker to work alongside the Safeguarding & Legal team in our Children, Families and Safeguarding Service. The suitable candidate will be expected to deliver a high quality social work service to Children and their families who are deemed to have unmet needs and/or considered to be at risk of harm/significant harm.

Social Workers are expected to provide support and to develop resilience and independence, ensuring that children and their families are at the centre of decision making about their lives and the outcomes that they want to achieve without compromising the child's safety.

Skills and qualifications required:

  • Social Work Qualified, minimum 3 years post qualified
  • Technology & software skills
