The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
Under the guidance of senior staff, be responsible for undertaking administrative, financial, and organisational processes within the service/directorate. Assist with the planning and development of support services.
Principal Responsibilities
- Deal with complex reception/visitor matters.
- Contribute to the planning, development, and organisation of support service systems, procedures, and policies.
- Coordinate events as required.
- Manage manual and computerised record/information systems.
- Collate data/information and produce reports as required.
- Collate complex documents and perform other IT-based tasks.
- Provide administrative and organisational support to other staff, including minute taking.
- Process invoices, coding sheets, and monitor and input onto budget spreadsheets.
- Provide guidance and support to staff and others.
- Arrange, attend, and participate in regular meetings.
- Participate in training and other learning activities and performance development as required.
- Be responsible for petty cash as and when required.
- Provide cover for comparably graded colleagues or above due to holidays, sickness, and other unforeseen events.
- Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
- Undertake other relevant duties as agreed by Line Manager.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience of development, management, and operation of administrative systems.

- Work constructively as part of a team, understanding roles and responsibilities and your own position within these.
