The post holder will:
- Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations.
- Undertake the Councils valuation requirements including general valuation advice, development site valuations, Asset Valuations and any other valuations as required.
- Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
- Handle and respond to finance and audit enquiries relating to asset valuations.
- Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.

- This role offers a hybrid model of working from home with mandatory Tuesdays in office. The post holder will also need to be flexible to visit sites borough-wide as and when required by the needs of the service.
