The post holder will:
- Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property asset valuations.
- Undertake the Councils valuation requirements including general valuation advice, development site valuations, Asset Valuations and any other valuations as required.
- Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.
- Handle and respond to finance and audit enquiries relating to asset valuations.
- Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.

- This role offers a hybrid model of working from home with mandatory Tuesdays in office. The post holder will also need to be flexible to visit sites borough-wide as and when required by the needs of the service.

- Laptops and accessories will be provided, including mobile phones if needed, and office equipment for hybrid workers. You will also receive an IT induction to help you navigate our laptops and systems.
