- To respond appropriately to crisis and emergency situations and report any incidents arising as soon as possible.
Ability to assist in an emergency. Report incidents as they happen not later.
- To assist and contribute to the ongoing monitoring/assessment of individual service user needs, review of activities undertaken, and service provided.
Ensure that relevant information about individuals is passed onto the relevant key workers, duty Hub Facilitator and duty Hub Leader.
- To positively support individuals within a risk management framework and to advise supervisors/managers of any risks or unresolved difficulties
Have good understanding of risk to self and other within the care setting. Comply with identified reporting procedures.
- To carry out all duties and responsibilities with a can do attitude
Be positive, compassionate and understanding about the people we provide a service for.
