We are now seeking an exceptional, service-driven Director of Restaurants to lead our dining operations and uphold our tradition of excellence.

The Role
As Director of Restaurants, you will lead all restaurant operations, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience that reflects the Birley standard of excellence. Reporting to the Operations Director, you'll be both strategic and hands-on, managing teams, systems, and service delivery across all dining areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and uphold exceptional operational and service standards across all restaurant outlets
- Partner with the Operations Director to shape the business's strategic and operational direction
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance development to maintain world-class service levels
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Enforce adherence to company recipes, service procedures, and maintenance SOPs
- Be a visible and inspirational leader, fostering a culture of hospitality and team excellence
- Encourage feedback and innovation from team members, building morale and engagement
- Monitor and coach management teams to maintain and exceed company service expectations
