We are currently seeking a talented Pastry Demi Chef De Partie to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours

Straight shifts, 48 hours a week, 9am-7pm shift pattern.

What You Will Do

  • Assist in the preparation, production, and finishing of pastries, desserts, and bakery items to a high standard.
  • Work across production stations, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery of all items.
  • Maintain excellent product consistency through accurate measuring, portioning, and recipe execution.
  • Support stock rotation, labelling, and kitchen organisation following food safety guidelines.
  • Train and supervise junior member of staff, when required.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a production or fast‑paced operational environment.
  • Proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player, able to build strong working relationships.
