We are currently looking for a Payroll, Benefits & HR Specialist to join our HR team. The company benefits our Payroll, Benefits & HR Specialist receives are:

The responsibilities of the Payroll, Benefits & HR Specialist are:
- Process and manage end-to-end payroll across 4 entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage the different payroll cycles and requirements for each company, while ensuring each payroll runs smoothly and meets deadlines.
- Manage employee records in the HR and payroll system and maintain up-to-date data for payroll processing.
- Build strong rapport with heads of department to ensure systems are updated in real-time to ensure accurate recording of relevant information.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Management of benefits including leading on annual benefits renewal.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Payroll, Benefits & HR Specialist are:
- Previous experience (2+ years) working in a similar role is essential, preferably within a hospitality organization.
- Experience with payroll processing software and systems (Fourth and Dayforce advantageous).
- A solid understanding of payroll legislation and tax regulations.
