We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented

Pastry Chef de Partie to join our luxury private members’ club, supporting the operations of our three pastry kitchens.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pastry professional who excels in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional quality.

  • Inspire and support junior chefs, helping to maintain the highest culinary standards.
  • Champion food safety, quality, and efficiency while contributing to menu innovation and continuous improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or in a similar role within hospitality
  • Experience working across multiple outlets in a high-volume environment
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for pastry and food innovation
