We are currently seeking a Maître D to join our team in Loulou’s Nightclub at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours
- 4 days per week (Wednesday- Saturday)
- Evening shifts with 3am finish
- The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What you will do
- Create a seamless and memorable member experience, anticipating needs and delivering an attentive and personalised service.
- Manage reservations, table allocations, seating plans, and waitlists to maximise capacity
- Build strong relationships with members, maintaining guest preferences and profiles to enhance service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve feedback or concerns professionally, working closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth operation.
- Maintain the highest standards of presentation, compliance, and hospitality, ensuring the restaurant and lounge areas reflect the club’s luxury standards.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a Maitre d’ or similar role within a luxury hospitality or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relationship skills.
- Highly organised, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of service standards and reservation systems.
