Welcome to RB Holdings - Where a World of Opportunity Awaits at Mayfair’s most exclusive venues. We are currently seeking a Kitchen Production Assistant to join our team at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours
On a rota basis 5 days out of 7. Shifts from 8am-6pm or 9am-7pm.
What You Will Do
- Assist with sandwich preparation and assembly
- Weigh and portion ingredients accurately according to recipes
- Operate equipment for pressing crackers and other baked goods
- Pack and label baked products for distribution
- Operate our hydroprocess cutting machine, cutting refined and high standard chocolate and pastries
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety standards
- Support chefs with any additional tasks required during production
What are we looking for?
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous experience in food production or hospitality is a plus, but not essential
