With the business growing at pace, we are now seeking a Group Junior IT Systems & Support Specialist, to work within our Group Technology Team, based in our Head office in Mayfair.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the resolution of IT related incidents and tasks that are assigned
  • Assist in the delivery and support of projects for the global IT support function
  • Undertake both on-site and remote IT support tasks, as well as coordinate partner engineer visits where necessary
  • Responsible for the communication of incident and task status to end users

Working Hours

Monday- Friday with hours ranging between either 9am-6pm, or 10-7pm. Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed.

What we are looking for
  • Previous exposure to IT support or strong technical aptitude
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory basics, Office 365 administration, basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and ITSM tools e.g. Halo
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Proactive, with excellent communication and influencing skills
