We are currently seeking a Commis Waiter to join our Upper Floor Restaurant team at 5 Hertford Street.

Working Hours
- Shifts are between Monday - Saturday
- Shift times vary on a rota basis and can fall between 11:00am and 1:00am.
- The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
What You Will Do
- Strong knowledge of the menu and service styles to support excellent guest service
- Maintain table settings and mise-en-place standards before, during, and after service
- Assist the Head Waiter and Chef de Rang to ensure smooth and efficient service
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role, and type of establishment is beneficial
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
