Established in 2012 by entrepreneur Robin Birley, the group’s flagship business is 5 Hertford Street, a private member's club located in Mayfair, London. Established in 2018, Oswald’s, also based in Mayfair, London, is the other social club in the group’s current portfolio. Other group businesses include Birley Bakery & Chocolate Shop in Chelsea. In 2025, we have expanded internationally, with the opening of Maxime’s Club in New York City, in addition to our newest Birley Bakery location.
We are currently looking for a Group Bars Manager to oversee all bar operations across the UK venues within the RB Holdings group.

Working Hours
- Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Some international travel will be necessary
- Bank Holidays and the Christmas period off – our venues are closed
What You Will Do
- Oversee all bar operations across the UK venues within the RB Holdings group
- Develop & execute beverage strategy across all sites
- Operate global structure for bar and spirit operations focusing on consistency, unification, and optimisation
- Function with CFO, Founder, and CEO to optimise performance, sales, costs, and operating systems
- Mentor and upskill bar teams through structured training programs
What are we looking for?
- WSET Level 3 in Spirits + Wine (required)
- Minimum of 5–7 years in a senior beverage or multi-site bar management role
- Proven leadership in high-end hospitality, private clubs, or multi-venue environments
