Chocolatier
We are looking for a Chocolatier to join our talented pastry team, based in our Pastry Production Kitchen, near Battersea in London.
Robin Birley Holdings is a Hospitality & Leisure group dedicated to providing world class quality of service, products and experience to customers and members.Established in 2012 by Robin Birley, the groups flagship business is 5 Hertford Street, a private member's club located in Mayfair, London.Established in 2018, Oswalds, also based in Mayfair, London, is the other social club in the groups current portfolio. Other group businesses include, Birley Bakery and our Chocolate Shop, both located in Chelsea Green.
We are currently looking for aChocolatierto jointhe brigade at our state of the art, exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea. Our kitchen produces a wide array of products including pastries and chocolate for both of our Private Members Clubs, and our Bakery shop within London.
You will be working alongside our Executive Pastry Chef, Francesco Coratella, who was recently shortlisted for Pastry Chef of the Year at the Craft Guild of Chefs Award 2025.

The Experience & Qualifications required:
- Strong knowledge of pastry, with a focus on chocolate
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private members club advantageous
The responsibilitiesare:
- To be responsible for the chocolate production, and ensure to maintain high standards
- To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
- To assist with the planning and development of special festive campaigns with the Executive Pastry Chef
- To assist with training junior members of the team
- Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
