Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager – London Assistant Restaurant Manager 5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member\’s club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name. 5 Hertford Street is currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in our Upper Floor Restaurant. Projects a positive, professional and friendly image to the members and colleagues alike. Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant, including the selection, development, and performance management of staff. The Experience & Qualifications required of our Assistant Restaurant Manager are: Significant experience in a similar position. Proven track record of managing a team. Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member\’s club advantageous The working hours: Please note the working hours for this role are on a rota basis 5 days out of 6 from Monday – Saturday.
