We are currently looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Finance Team.

The responsibilities of our Accounts Assistant are:
- Receiving, verifying, and processing supplier invoices accurately and promptly.
- Supporting with the preparation of payment runs to ensure timely settlement.
- Maintaining effective communication with suppliers and resolving issues.
- Reconciling ledgers.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline the Account Payable processes.
The Experience & Qualifications required of our Accounts Assistant are:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Proactive, strong communication skills and telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
- Proficiency in using billing software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
The working hours:
- Monday - Friday
- 1 day working from home
The club is closed Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
