We have a great opportunity for a Business Administrator Apprentice to progress to a Care Assessment Coordinator working for a well established Healthcare Provider in Walsall. You will be coordinating and completing care assessments, care planning, reviews, risk assessments, and ensuring that all person-centred and compliant care.
