4xtrahands seeks a Youth Programme Farming Specialist to join our therapeutic residential programme at Hill House Farm.

You will run farm-based activities with visiting young people and support feeding rounds, farming tasks, meals and evening sessions while maintaining animal welfare.

This permanent, full-time role (45 hours/week) includes on-call duties and some weekends.

Salary ranges £31,039–£35,473 with benefits such as subsidised on-site accommodation, meals during visits and strong pension
