About Us: We are a progressive and diverse family run farm set in the heart of the Wye Valley, Ross-on-Wye. We are a large-scale, innovative farm growing a wide range of vegetable, horticultural and arable crops spread over 1800ha. We run a fleet of modern and specialist machinery and we have an exciting opportunity for new operators to join our team.
- Cultivations to assist with planting.
- Harvest duties: Arable, beetroot and potatoes.
- There may be the opportunity to assist in spraying dependent on candidate.
- Irrigation.
- Responsible for the maintenance of your own tractor.
Skills required:
- Minimum 2 years' experience operating modern machinery and GPS is essential.
- PA1 and PA2 would be desirable but not essential.
- A strong attention to detail is required to ensure maximum business success.
- Enjoys a variety of tasks and can deliver a positive can-do attitude.

In return for hard work and dedication we will offer you a permanent and full-time contract, competitive rates of pay (earning potential between £35,000 - £40,000 depending upon experience), training and development opportunities and 28 days holiday (including bank holidays).
