We are a long-standing family farming business. The role includes all varieties of mixed farming work. On the arable side, responsibilities include cultivations, ploughing, combination power harrow drilling, spraying (PA1 and PA2 certified), and combining. Livestock management involves a small suckler herd, calf rearing through to grazing, totaling around 200 head. The role also involves silage and hay making, as well as conservation grazing with late mowing hay. The successful candidate will work alongside the owner, using mostly modern equipment, with a long-term commitment sought.
